Computer repair, gaming PC builds, office help, and the practical experience of solving whatever problem was actually in front of us.
About Loginect
Technology gets easier when someone owns the whole problem.
Loginect is a managing-partner-led technology consulting and implementation company. We help businesses understand what actually needs to change, choose the right path, coordinate the right people and systems, and stay involved until the implementation works in the real business.

Direct access, practical judgment, and accountability that stays close to the work.
Built from the work
We did not start by trying to become a consulting company.
The work started much more simply: fixing computers, building gaming PCs, helping friends and family, and stepping into offices when something technical needed to work. Steve was doing that by 2006, while still in high school.
By 2009, that work had become Steve's IT Solutions. In 2014, Stephen joined and Loginect was established around the business side of the work: computers, networking, office technology, websites, and the growing need for someone to understand how the pieces fit together.
Stephen joins the business and the focus expands around commercial technology, networking, support, websites, and business relationships.
Residential PC, phone, and device repair grew into its own division while Loginect's commercial work continued expanding. As websites and broader business technology work became the larger opportunity, residential repair was discontinued and the company concentrated its resources on commercial clients.
Websites, marketing, SEO, and digital growth became a dedicated discipline as more clients needed technology to help develop the business, not simply keep the computers running.
Web, ecommerce, marketing, CRM, data, integrations, and business systems had become too interconnected to treat as separate worlds.
The scope is broader because technology is broader. The principle is unchanged: understand the business, choose what fits, and make sure the whole solution actually works together.
We learned inside real businesses
Different industries taught us to look past the device, platform, or vendor.
Early Loginect work crossed professional firms, customer-facing businesses, dealerships, building-material operations, and companies adding locations. That variety is a big reason we think in operating systems instead of service silos.
Early work inside law offices reinforced that technology has to stay out of the way of client service while still being reliable, secure, and easy to access.
A website, point of sale, internet connection, phone, marketing campaign, or broken device can become an immediate operating problem when customers are waiting.
Working around product data, accounting, ecommerce, infrastructure, and real-world fulfillment taught us that software only matters if it fits the operation.
Marketing, lead flow, customer communication, office technology, vendor platforms, and sales operations all have to work together even when different companies own each layer.
We have stayed alongside businesses as they added locations and needed more consistency across infrastructure, access, customer experience, systems, data, and support.
Why the model broadened
The job is not finished when every vendor says its piece works.
Businesses experience one operating environment even when five different providers are responsible for it. Our job is to make sure the pieces fit together in a way the business can actually use, support, and be satisfied with.
the network, computers, backup, support, and infrastructure.
the website, design, content, and conversion experience.
traffic, campaigns, leads, and acquisition.
the platform it sells and the implementation around it.

Steve + Stephen
The senior people defining the direction stay close to the implementation.
Loginect is intentionally not built around layers of account management. The business/client/strategy side and the systems/data/technical side stay connected so a recommendation does not get lost when the work moves from conversation to implementation.
Steve Igneri
Managing PartnerSteve works closest to the business problem: client relationships, technology direction, commercialization, positioning, vendor decisions, and translating what the business wants into an executable plan.
His technology roots go back to 2006, when he was 16 and already fixing computers, building gaming PCs, and helping friends, family, and offices. He later earned his degree in Computer Engineering and IT from NYIT in Old Westbury.
Stephen Piechowski
Managing PartnerStephen works deepest in systems, data, technical architecture, implementation, workflow design, troubleshooting, and the mechanics required to make the selected solution actually function.
Stephen joined the business in 2014. He studied meteorology at SUNY Oswego. That background emphasized systems, data, models, and understanding how many variables interact.
Neither role means pretending to be the specialist in every platform. When deeper development, ERP, security, infrastructure, marketing, or platform expertise is needed, the right specialists can be brought in while Loginect keeps one business-side view across the work.
Explore Technology ConsultingNew York standards. Long Island roots.
The local part of the story is real. It just is not the limit of the work.
Loginect grew on Long Island, with roots running through Suffolk County, Islip, Old Westbury, Quogue, and the Hamptons. Steve earned his degree in Computer Engineering and IT from NYIT in Old Westbury, while the business developed through relationships with local companies that expected responsiveness, practical answers, and people who would stay involved when something actually mattered.
That is still the standard. The work now reaches into cloud systems, ERP, ecommerce, data, AI, integrations, digital growth, and implementation that can happen well beyond Long Island—but the relationship should still feel direct.
Start with the problem
You do not need to know which service category it belongs in.
Tell us what is happening in the business, what is not working the way it should, or what technology decision needs to be made. A managing partner reviews every inquiry.
